Dave Keil is a board member, operating partner, and advisor to large and emerging brands scaling via franchising. With a heart to give back, he founded the 501(c)3 company Franchise For Good helping non-profit companies scale and replicate.

Keil is a partner of Franworth, a platform company that builds, incubates, and grows emerging brands, partnering with brand founders with a focus of creating small business ownership for entrepreneurs.

Prior to Franworth, Keil led 4 franchise companies. Dave was CEO of Pure Barre, the 600-unit barre fitness franchise, where he led the company through a turnaround. He served as the inaugural Chairman and CEO of The HoneyBaked Ham Company LLC, bringing the HoneyBaked Ham and business together after 59 years of running as separate entities. Dave also led The Lash Lounge from 19 to over 100 units and led the Haagen-Dazs Shoppe company.
